Niels Abel.

Abel’s binomial theorem, named after Niels Abel, is a mathematical identity involving sums of binomial coefficients. It states that:

\displaystyle \sum_{k=0}^m\dbinom{m}{k}\left(w+m-k\right)^{m-k-1}\left(z+k\right)^k=w^{-1}\left(z+w+m\right)^m
